A collaboration between the NHRC, the Swiss Tropical Institute, Basel Switzerland, and the Max Planck Insitute for Molecular Genetics, Berlin, Germany to study the factors that predispose a person to an attack of meningoccocal meningitis in northern Ghana in order to provide information to guide decisions on interventions.
